This international specific procurement notice was announced under the General Procurement notice advertised for this project published in Development Business Online, edition no. IDBP1045023-08/22 of 30 August 2022.
The Government of Suriname has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the project Foreign Investment and Export Promotion Program, for the Facilitation of Trade Fairs for Suriname Sector Export Program.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Business and International Cooperation now invites password protected or encrypted bids via email from eligible bidders to support the preparation, attendance and wrap-up of the Suriname delegation’s participation in Trade Fairs. Bids can be submitted for the following lots:
Bidders may bid for one lot or for both lots. The bidder shall provide evidence of experience with providing this type of support, evidence of working capital for this Contract (access to line(s) of credit and availability of other financial resources.
The Request for Bids will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the Inter-American Development Bank’s Policies for the Procurement of Works and Goods financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (GN-2349-15), and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Policies1.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Business and International Cooperation and inspect the bidding document at the address given below during office hours from 09.00 a.m. till 14.00 p.m. Suriname Time.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of an email to the email address: peu-procurement@sita.sr.
All bids must be delivered through email before 14.00 hours SRT on April 16, 2024. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person or on-line at the address below at 14.15 hours on April 16, 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
